Students, Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff of the College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Mannuthy will be enrolled as regular members on payment of membership fee. Free Reference Facility is provided to all Students and Staff of the College. Researchers, Teachers, Students and Planners, and all information seekers outside the College are permitted for reference on payment of entrance fee on temporary basis, only if necessary identification Letter / Document is produced.
Books are issued as per the following rules:

• Overdue charges - Rs. 10.00 per day per book after Due Date
• Renewal of due date is permitted only if the particular book is not on demand by other members.
• Book for renewal should be produced at the Circulation Counter.
• Any library material on loan may be recalled at any time by the Librarian irrespective of the loan period.
